How pricing works

Fixed fee, written scope
Every build has a statement of work listing what's included and what isn't. The price doesn't change unless the scope does, and any change is agreed in writing before the work happens.
30-day warranty
If something we built doesn't work as specified within 30 days of delivery, we fix it at no charge. New features and changes go through a support plan or a change order.
Your accounts, your control
Your AI, hosting, and phone services run on accounts in your name, billed to you directly by the providers — no markup. For healthcare clients, that means your business associate agreements are with the providers themselves. If you can't hold an account yourself, we pass the cost through at cost.

Why do you start with an assessment?
Because a fixed price needs a defined scope. The assessment is where we work out what's worth building and what it will take, so the quote you get is one we can stand behind. If you go ahead with a build within 30 days, the assessment fee is credited toward it.
What if the scope changes partway through?
We agree any change in writing — what it adds and what it costs — before doing the work. Nothing gets billed by surprise.
Can you work with healthcare or DOT-regulated data?
Yes. We design around HIPAA and DOT requirements from the start, recommend tools that fit them, and will sign a business associate agreement where one is required.
What happens after the build is delivered?
Everything we build carries a 30-day warranty. After that, you can add a support plan for monitoring and changes, or take it over yourself — everything runs on accounts in your name.
