The Challenge
Occupational health testing orders arrive by phone and email, often with missing details. Coordinating the collection, the specimen pickup and the chain-of-custody paperwork takes constant follow-up, and a single gap in custody can invalidate a test.
How It Works

Orders come in through a conversational intake.
An AI assistant collects the order details and asks for anything missing. The intake core works the same way regardless of channel, so voice intake uses the same logic.

Rules are enforced in the database.
Compliance requirements, such as confirming DOT-regulated tests, are enforced by the database itself rather than by application code alone.

Collection and pickup are coordinated by location.
The system uses location data to coordinate collection sites and specimen pickup.

Every AI step is tested before release.
Each new agent capability must pass its evaluation suite before it ships.
