A growing medical courier was running on commercial courier software that didn't fit its work. Driver credentials were tracked by hand, documents came in by email, and every new contract meant more manual coordination.

Each driver's licenses, certifications and documents are checked against configurable rules before they can be assigned work.

Drivers upload documents to a secure portal instead of sending them by email.

Work is planned and dispatched in one place.
Routes, assignments and a mobile app for drivers are built in releases, so the business can use each part as soon as it's ready.

Route optimization runs as its own service.
Optimization runs separately and exchanges data with the main platform, so it can change without touching the core system.

AWS, in a dedicated account covered by a business associate agreement. Terraform. Python and FastAPI with server-rendered HTMX pages. PostgreSQL 16. Multi-factor authentication with role-based access. Encrypted Amazon S3 document storage. Designed for multi-tenancy with configurable credential rule packs.
