Who we are
SymplifiAI ("we", "us") builds AI solutions for small and mid-sized businesses. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@symplifiai.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form: your name, email address, and message, plus anything else you choose to give us, such as your company, phone number, industry, company size, the service you're interested in, and times that work for a call.
When you use the chat assistant: your messages and the assistant's replies, a random session identifier created when the page loads, and a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. We use the hashed address only to limit how many messages one visitor can send. It can't be turned back into your IP address.
Automatically: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information about each visit, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to deliver and secure the site.
We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Please don't share sensitive information
Don't enter patient information, health details, driver records, or other sensitive personal information in the contact form or the chat. Share only general details. If we need more, we'll arrange a secure way to exchange it.
How we use it
- To reply to you and set up an intro call
- To provide and improve our services, including reviewing chat conversations to improve the assistant
- To protect the site from abuse, such as automated spam or excessive chat use
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for advertising.
Who processes it for us
We use a small number of service providers to run this site. Each one handles your information only to provide its service to us:
- Vercel: website hosting
- Resend: delivers contact form submissions to our inbox
- Google Workspace: our business email
- OpenAI: generates the chat assistant's replies from your messages
- Neon: stores chat conversations
How long we keep it
- Chat conversations: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- Contact form submissions: kept in our email for as long as needed to respond to you and for our ordinary business records.
- Hosting logs: kept by our hosting provider for its standard retention period.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@symplifiai.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Our site doesn't change its behavior in response to it. We don't track visitors across other websites.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from them.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect the information we collect, including encrypted connections and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
