If AI or automation looks like a fit, the next step is a paid assessment, from $1,500: we review how your business runs, identify the three automations worth doing first, and give you a written roadmap and a fixed quote. If you go ahead with a build within 30 days, the assessment fee is credited toward it.

Every build is a fixed fee based on the scope agreed in the assessment, with a written statement of work listing what's included and what isn't. Payment is 50% to start and the balance on delivery. The price only changes if the scope does, and any change is agreed in writing first.

It depends on the scope. Your statement of work includes a schedule before any work begins, so you know when to expect delivery.

Usually not. Most of our work connects the tools you already have. If something you use can't be connected, the assessment will tell you, along with your options.

Yes. We design around HIPAA and DOT requirements from the start, recommend tools that fit them, and will sign a business associate agreement where one is required.

You do, directly. Those services run on accounts in your name and are billed to you by the providers — no markup. If you can't hold an account yourself, we pass the cost through at cost.

Everything we build carries a 30-day warranty against defects. After that, you can add a support plan, from $500 a month, for monitoring, maintenance, and small changes — or take it over yourself.

Then the assessment will say so. If a simpler fix — or no change at all — is the better answer, we'll tell you.
